To begin, applicants need to register for an account on the MGO portal. permits@cityofdenison.com.
Once registered, users can submit a Certificate of Occupancy application, request inspections, view inspection results, check permit statuses, and pay associated fees. The standard fee for a CO is $50. Fire inspections are also required and can be requested through the MGO portal or by emailing the Fire Marshal at firemarshal@cityofdenison.com.
